ARX is pleased to announce that the position of Chief Financial Officer will be taken over by Emanuel Ritzmann, who will join our managements team bringing extensive international experience as well as deep financial expertise across various industries.

A Swiss citizen, married and father of three, Emanuel Ritzmann holds a degree in Business Administration, a Master in Controlling and the Certified Internal Auditor qualification. Throughout his career he has held senior finance leadership roles in major industrial groups, where he led complex finance organizations, transformation programs, M&As and integration projects. Alongside his professional commitment, he is also actively engaged in public life, serving in the municipal parliament of his city and contributing his financial and strategic expertise to the local community.
