Credibility is established when actions follow promises
Compromising a company's business ethics & integrity (through e.g. corruption, discrimination or pollution) can pose a significant risk to the social environment and business activities, even for an engineering and consultancy like PINI.
For this reason, the following specific PINI Group documents have been issued:

which outline the position of PINI Group in the fight against corruption Ethics & Integrity and provide its employees, collaborators and commercial partners with clear indications, tools and guidelines on how to deal with the issues identified for its company as central and strategic.
As employees of PINI Group, it is everyone's responsibility to act lawfully, ethically and honestly in their daily work. For this reason, the following tools must be considered and applied:
The guidelines provide concrete indications to all PINI employees and business partners (suppliers, agents, joint ventures, subcontractors) on how to comply, in their daily work, with the PINI Code of Conduct and the Ethics & Integrity Policy of business of the PINI group in terms of the fight against corruption: A like Anti-corruption
The checklist must be used for all new contracts during the bidding process. The purpose of this list is to identify any potential risk (including corruption) associated with the new contracts, which could violate the code of conduct and the sustainability policy of the PINI group (Corporate Social Responsibility). The risk assessment serves as the basis for the final review of the offer. The risk assessment tool is available and can be requested via Group Sales Manager.
PINI has defined a series of criteria to which its business partners should adhere (B like Business Partner Criteria). In order to sign new contracts with business partners and before awarding the assignment to new contractors, an accurate evaluation must be done.
In addition, the external actor is also required to sign and adhere to the PINI Code of Conduct, as well as the Guidelines relating to gifts and hospitality A like Anti-corruption.
If a PINI employee has reasonable grounds to suspect irregularities or wrongdoing in PINI's business activities, and if it is not possible to report the situation to their supervisor or if a report is ignored, the matter must be reported in accordance with the illegal reporting procedure of PINI.
