The group strengthens its presence in structural engineering with the acquisition of the renowned Spanish company Carlos Fernández Casado S.L. (CFC).

As part of its strategy to focus on core markets in Europe and North America while expanding into specialized engineering sectors, ARX has entered the Spanish market, joining forces with Carlos Fernández Casado S.L. (CFC). This family-owned company has long been a global icon in complex structural engineering. Since its foundation in 1964, CFC has been a benchmark in Spanish and global structural engineering, contributing to landmark projects in over 30 countries and earning prestigious awards across decades. Its expertise in bridge engineering will be a key asset for ARX, reinforcing its technical capabilities and commitment to engineering excellence on a global scale.
