The privatization of Lille Airport includes a concession master plan and expansion strategy to accommodate future growth. The project covers the functional optimization of terminal facilities, airside infrastructure, and capacity planning to align with long-term operational needs. Our scope included bid support through a phased master plan, infrastructure assessment, and terminal expansion strategy. After the concession was awarded, we provided technical advisory services covering terminal layout, apron stand allocation, capacity assessment, and operational planning. A terminal simulation validated passenger flow efficiency and compliance with IATA and Level of Service (LoS) Guidelines, ensuring a scalable and efficient airport development
