The Project

The study provided technical advisory services to support the concession bid for the redevelopment and operation of Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport.
The assignment included a comprehensive technical due diligence of existing airfield, terminal, and utility systems, assessing capacity performance, maintenance condition, and regulatory compliance with ICAO and EASA standards.

A concept master plan and terminal development framework were prepared, supported by capacity modelling, phased infrastructure planning, and investment cost assessment (CAPEX/OPEX).
Environmental impacts and compliance with national legislation were also evaluated to ensure sustainable concession delivery.
